SALES MANAGER


National Automation is seeking to hire a new Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should be Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures and should be able to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected including the ability to direct and oversee our organizations sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Liaise closely with the Management of the company as part of the Management Team.

 

Job brief:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer service levels and growth and to manage the continuation of revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and implementing the plans with the assistance of the company management team as well as having a specific focus on Key Accounts in terms of maximizing sales potential.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Provide accurate and up to date reports to management.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent E/Marketing, mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
